TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to PLAYRO ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Playro mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, clicking "Accept," or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Playro.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Playro. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Playro after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Playro. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

Playro is intended for gaming and social networking. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

To access core features, you must create a Playro account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@playro.gg if you suspect a breach.
• Not create more than one personal account without our permission.

4. GAMER CODE OF CONDUCT

Playro is built for positive gaming communities. You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Use hate speech, slurs, or obscene content.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software.
• Impersonate Playro staff or other players.
• Collect user data without consent (scraping).

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. USER CONTENT & LICENSE

You retain ownership of the content you create (profiles, posts, messages). However, by posting on Playro, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content to provide the Services (e.g., showing your profile to other players).

We do not claim ownership of your gameplay clips or screenshots, but we require the license to operate the app's sharing features.

6. PREMIUM SERVICES (PLAYRO PRO)

Playro offers optional paid subscriptions ("Playro Pro").

• Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe/App Store. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds: Generally, fees are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period if unused).
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

7. TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends, but provisions regarding ownership and disclaimers survive.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
